This module explores how to identify, respond to and prevent discrimination with a focus on promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion at work. It uses clear examples to distinguish behaviours that are unlawful, unacceptable and acceptable, and highlights the risks of unconscious bias in relation to unfair decision making.
