Providing mental health first aid to another colleague can put team members in a very uncomfortable situation, especially if they have not had adequate training. Developing a few practical skills to help people in distress can make all the difference. This half-day workshop includes a crisis role-play in which participants practise out an easy-to-recall framework for responding to crisis situations with the emphasis on minimising risk for all involved, including the organisation. Includes the option of 15-minute pre-learning module.
